Silver Christening- and a baby spoon, a buckwheat girl

Silver objects always tell their own story, whether they are heirlooms, mementos of an anniversary or achievement, a daily part of the table setting or utilitarian and decorative objects.
Silver objects add a touch of luxury to our lives and their timelessness is often associated with fond memories.

The tradition of the silver watering cane goes back a long way. The belief that a silver spoon protects a child from disease and illness is based on the antibacterial surface of silver. Silver is a safe material for children and the shape of the spoon makes it easy for children to grasp. The spoon can be engraved, making it beautiful and practical Christening- or as a naming gift. On the back of the spoon, there are ready-made places for length, weight and time.
